Evidence of the link between Human Resources Management (HRM) and successful business outcomes Critically evaluate how Human Resource Management (HRM) is integrated with the strategy of an organisation, critically exploring the role and impact of HRM with specific reference to the role of line managers in “adding value” to an organisation and contribute to business performance (Drawing on Ability Motivation and Opportunity (AMO) model).
Illustrate your answer with practical examples from at least two organisations and draw on relevant organisational strategy theories/models.
