Read about the creation and purpose of the United Nations (UN) & the history of League of Nations and their problems. How do you describe the UN influence on the international stage.

Read about the different organs (organizations) of the United Nations and explain the function & purpose of either the UN Security Council (UNSC) or the Economic & Social Council (UNESC). Give examples of the agency’s priorities. For example, the Economic & Social Council does many good works through their various agencies. Explain some of their priorities through their many agencies; how vital is the work? The Security Council strives to maintain peace. Describe the most powerful organ of the UN and its relations during the Cold War. Give specific examples of conflicts it has been involved in. Why is UNSC so vital?
