Write a 5–6 page paper (excluding cover and reference page) that prepares an emergency response drill. You are to describe four roles of the agencies involved in an emergency response and their relationships with each other. Provide examples to support your position.

In addition, in your paper, list all considerations you need to be aware of.

Identify the Type of Event (Active Shooter, Dirty bomb, Natural Disaster “Weather-related” etc.).
Identify the location of the incident
Identify the various Agencies or First Responders involved in the drill
Provide a minimum of four responding agencies,
Identify each agencies roles and responsibilities within the incident.
Identify each agencies relationship to one another.
Identify the Lead Agency within your drill.
Identify any budgetary concerns with regard to funding the drill.
